Sarah, you surely sounded confident about the whole thing. There must *[m]e (be) something that you know that I don't know.
* OK I trust your judgement.
Sarah honey, on my part I will narrow my scope to coming out with the framework of HOTS. Certainly it is a broad scope. Many of which had been addressed. What I think is crucial is the equitable apportionment model. We are still talking about the socialist model. Therefore monthly draw down will be based on what is required for sustenance.
We will not be based on the capitalist model. This is pretty much a cooperative. At the end of the financial year bonus or dividend is paid out based on the overall performance of the organization. Hence we are operating like a collective. A very flat structure. Hence personal draw down is pretty much the same adjusted by the cost of living.
Like I said, my personal draw down is RM1000 a month. But the organization will take care of my food, lodging and travel. This is not an organization of capitalists. We are socialists. That's one the reason why the 777 Borgs are Swiss Army.
So each will receive a monthly allowance which will include personal allowance, meal allowance, fuel allowance and housing allowance. We will acquire the transportation where necessary and business expenses. Bear in mind they already have the USD1 million Money Tree. Therefore they are well compensated.
However we will not lavish our members. We will abide by the code of Voluntary Simplicity.
Pretty much the lifestyle that I am having get extended to the HOTS. Those who are used to be served with a silver spoon may not he suitable to join HOTS. I am looking for people who are going for less and less frequent. Not the more and more expensive.
We still do profit sharing but we run an austerity organization. The bulk of our expenses will be air travel. So we need to minimize on lodging.
Be mindful of this diagram:
Our HR Department must be very w[i]ll (well) experienced to handle the staff movements and the disbursement of the allowances. They come from the 77 + 77 A Bodies.
So to be fair, everybody is entitled to 3 Flybys to Bandar Utama, Seattle and Sapporo annually. That alone is a major financial commitment. Other business related air travel must be borne by their respective organization.
I don't have the experience in managing the financial of a multinational. Therefore we need somebody with that kind of experience to look into this matter.
Certainly we need the seed capital from the Billionaire Boys Club for us to kick off.
I am looking at a net profit of 30% max. That is normal for a service based organization. However a service based organization earning is not perpetual unless we bang on certifications and licences. Which means we need to lock on a multi-tier structure with the various initiatives.
Also we can go with membership and retainership. Bear in mind that the main source of income to sustain their livelihood is the Money Tree. What they are earning here is their secondary income. Therefore eventually the organization may not last as the population age. As long as we can sustain for 10 years at least and 15 years max that will be a major achievement.
So start preparing for an exit plan. We may end up selling the companies and distribute the proceeding to the team members as their retirement plans.
Think through the model. By 2034 the youngest will be 32 years old. You will be 43 years old. Therefore it is prime for you to cash out. I will be a grandpa at 70 years old.
