19/1/20 ^^^Taking a walk on the wild side

You know something Sarah, I tried envisioning my life with HOTS with all those people and all those interactions, jet setting and interfacing.  Then I compare that with what I have now.  I think I'll miss the pa[s]t (part) where I am all alone and have nothing to worry like right now.

I am pretty much set with what I have here.  Rex however is suggesting that I savor what I got and run with it.

Perhaps I will.  However I like my life as it is now.  I like stability and order.  I like felines but I don't keep them as pets.  I guess I prefer free range chickens tha[t] (than) to have felines going around all over the place.

We have Xanadu where the Betas hangout among themselves and we have Wolfsschanze my party pad with the Alphas.  Still these two places are not big enough for our whole troop.  So I wonder how you gonna manage the Flybys.



When we start looking at the details especially on lodging and traveling, then you will realize that what we have here is a logistic nightmare.  Not only that, we need to ensure that they have a sustainable source of income before the 3 businesses are in operation.  Who is paying their salaries?

It always boils down to money.  Therefore we are talking about a major financial commitment to get the whole operation up and running.

There are 2 other Xanadus and Wolfsschanzes in Seattle and Sapporo.

It is easy for me to act as a Blind Apek.  However somebody need to do the number crunching on these matters.

We are talking about mobilizing 2331 + [(77 + 77) x 2] + 300 = 2939 people.

There must be a center where we operate from.

When we talk about the details, then we realize that this is a serious matter to consider.

No wonder Azzue was saying it is as if I am writing a fiction story.

I am always mindful of the detail implementation but then we were green lighting all this while.  Once we red light then you will realize the amount of detail planning we must do.

There are numerous reasons why it will not work.  However all it takes is the belief that it will work and the commitment to make it happen for us to shine through.

Bear in mind these constraints.  The biggest constraint will be to get the right people for the job.  Next is to get them committed to the mission and finally the funding to keep the operation running.

There is so much I can do.  I can only share the Vision.  The vision need to be supported.  Just like a creeper plant, in order for it to rise, it must be supported.


Same here.  There must be a supportive environment for our organization to rise up.  Without the initial support, the 3 businesses will not flourish.

That is why I said besides the USD2.331 billion we need a total of USD10 billion (I just factor by 4) to make sure we stay afloat.  This is a worldwide operation involving 200 countries.  Thus that figure is taking into account everything; recruitment, training, salary, acquisition, traveling, operation and fulfillment.

As I told you, whatever I am thinking, Larry had thought it through.  This 5 years are actually to cultivate the Vision until it becomes a reality.  This year alone we are talking about the formation.  Along the way we are talking about the setting of the Service Delivery Model and the Financial Model for us to move forward.

Year two is about the training.  Only on year three we are talking about engagement.  Then on year four and year five we are talking about seeing the return.

Since this is a on a quid pro quo basis the clients will have to agree on some sort of mutually beneficial arrangement.  For example the Niten Ichi Ryu can be a collaboration with the particular government to train their own instructors so that they can go to the grassroots.  The Best Practices Consultants are to run a Consulting Firm to certify independent bodies to be practitioners.  Either way we make money from the issuance of certificates and licences.  We become the prime or the leading body that establish the standard like the Red Cross or the Boy Scouts organizations.

We don't go around looking for business.  We are the governing body working hand in hand with the authority to spearhead the high level initiative.

This way we cover boarder base.  The selling i[t] (is) at the high level like the Malaysian Institute of Management.  So each of the establishment is a collaboration with the government bodies so that it becomes a national agenda in the three areas we are involved in.  Therefore each initiative is a national agenda b[y] (but) is pretty much a PPP initiative.

At the very least we are involved in the HR Development initiative of the various countries.  We are helping them wi[ll] (with) the skill enhancement of their workforce and their youth.

Eventually the HOTS will have their own organizations as they grow.  For the meantime they will work in teams to deliver the knowledge across the board.

Having said that the organization expand though the issuance of certificate and licence rather than having to keep adding staffs.

Which reminds me, we need good accountants and lawyers in our organization for us to enforce the model throughout the world.  This means we may have many practitioners b[y] (but) we hold the certificate and licence issuance like the Martial Art Associations.

Hence I appreciate if you can study the certification model of Red Cross, Boy Scout and Niten Ichi Ryu.
