Now that I am the Stakeholder, my focus is to ensure that the project is a success.  I can only do that as I said by being microscopic and pushing through the pinhole of Mushin No Shin.  Hence whatever I do at the microscopic level is the reflection of what transpired at the macro level.

It will be pointless for me to monitor the HOTS projects.  I am still a Blind Apek.  The best I can do is interact with TraXX and get their feedback.  Them being the benchmark will then reflect on your projects indirectly.

That way TraXX then becomes the arrowhead to the rest of the HOTS.  With that in mind Rex is my Binary King on this end.

Remember, as I said previously, we use the Binary Model among us.  We also use Troika and Pentagon too.  However the smallest Military Unit is two.

So if we look at my highest Troika right now, it is you and Rex.  However if I go with Pentagon, I include Larry and Elsie.

This one you must be very clear:

If you notice, the next level is the Octagon which in this case is already the SDWT.  That already constitute you whole team like what I have in TraXX; the Eight Swordsmen.

If you follow this formation, you don't need to cover the Octagon on regular basis.  I only manage [by] my Binary King and Queen.  You follow my rationale?

So to me the two people that matters the most are the Bynars, not the Eight Swordsmen.

That's why you got to maintain a 1:8 ratio SDWT.  Then you have 259 SDWTs to work with.  That is means you need 259 in Legion X at least.  In this case we have 300.  It's OK to have extra.

When I pick team member I look at 2 things:  aptitude and attitude.  Only then I look at experience.

OK, I guess I had covered what need to be covered as far as the projects is concerned.
