Unfortunately the majority are Coolers. Therefore we need to condition these people to become Cleaners. Of the many, the two biggest dickheads are my brothers. So I am just going to park the interest here while you figure out how to deal with spineless, selfish, self-centered dickheads.
I hate the spineless... Oh gosh I can't decide which I hate the most. Just be mindful they will create a rift in our organization if left unattended. So keep fire small.

At the same time we cannot have members who don't have moral courage to act. You know what I mean by this right? These are the people who play safe, who dare not make a stand in their life. There will be quite a few among the Fringes.
Bear in mind that I inherited these people as part of my network. Thus we cannot control much who is in and who is out. We have to make do with the cards we are dealing with like siblings and close friends.
We however can decide on the others BEGINNING with Legion X. I look at Legion X as my Elite Force. I take the name Legion X based on Julius Caesar's legion of loyal and battle hardened soldiers.
Of course the rest of HOTS are World Class Players - Pretty and Pretty Smart. Normally when they are smart, we can always refine the pretty part. I would say with the exception of the very few, smart people normally have good attitude and work culture.
Of course we welcome Free Radicals like Elsie but we don't want troublemakers.
As I said, when we marry our soulmates, we marry them for eternity. There should not be any divorce. If the Polygamy Bees or Houris decided to become polyandry, they still stay in the organization. I only replace them upon death. Otherwise our 2331 is meant for eternity.
Reason why I replace the one who died is because, anybody who dies before 2041 will go into a slumber like the Dead General's Club. I only account for 9.7 billion souls that are alive by 2041 into the Adjoining Croissant.
We should not cross the figure because that is the maximum capacity of Sailbad the Sinner.
Hence House of Sha HOTS will not add more babies. Which means I will not have anymore children except from the request for me to be a sperm donor. This is outside our HOTS. As much as possible there is no babies in our HOTS.
Babies are a different kind of commitment altogether. Even my kids are not having kids. The earth in the future will not be conducive for their development. The contention is House of Sha HOTS can have as many babies as they want in the Adjoining Croissant.
