13/1/20 ^^^Vision Alignment and Beliefs

Sarah baby, as I told you the most important thing is for you to maintain enthusiasm.  All it take is there is an opportunity and the means to achieve it.

Motivation must be intrinsically driven.  What do you want personally?  Can by aligning to a bigger vision you achieve your personal goals?

That's [that] why after we have a shared vision we need to align our vision.  How do we do that?  By having common values.  With practice that becomes our beliefs.

This cannot be described with words.  It must be experienced because it is hardwired in our neurons:

Thus the only way is to have FAITH.  By definition, faith is belief without evidence.  What matters then?  The Certainty of Knowing.
