>>>#8/1/20 My coffee taste better with creamer

That's all I care for now.

That is Zen to me and drinking coffee is my zazen.

----------------

Let's talk about some Zen shit tonight.  Let's look at firm is firm and emptiness is emptiness.  At the material level this is only true up to a certain extend.  Beyond that the line is blurry.  There can always be a situation where firm is emptiness and emptiness is firm if you change the angle and the perspective of your views.  For example at the Point of Paradox,  both firm and emptiness coexist.

I used to say Nothing is Everything and Everything is Nothing.  So it is always possible that firm is emptiness and emptiness is firm.

If that is the case, what is Zen really?  Unless we can understand Zen, then it is not possible to understand satori.

If a frog is in zazen without knowing it is in zazen, is it possible then the act of zazen is necessary for Zen?  In other words, is it true that there is no Zen without zazen?  That is not entirely true because Zen is BE and zazen is become.

In my understanding of BE and become, you must BE first, then you become.  That means, you need Zen to achieve zazen.

Therefore you can always obtain Zen EVEN IF there is no zazen.  Unless of course you are like the frog, always in zazen.

In my case my Zen (hang on to your seat) is Allah and my zazen is my heartbeat; Allah Ooo Allah Ooo Allah.

See?  It's not that difficult to comprehend at all isn't it?

My question then is why can't we all BE Allah if you are always in zazen at heart?

Why take a slow train to China if you can have a bullet train to reach your destination?

As I said before, when I mention the word Allah, to me that is a universal meaning for God Almighty.  It is an Arabic name for God and the Jewish meaning for the Lord.

Like for example when you said la illah (no god)  ha illallah (except God/Allah).

I am fine if you can set you heartbeat to other than Allah like Ommm Ommm Ommm.  However Allah Ooo Allah Ooo Allah is more melodic to the heart.

I don't want to impose the word Allah to you all who prefer to use the term God or Lord.  The fact is that's what Allah means in Arabic.  In the final analysis, like I said, it's pleasant to the heart.

If you don't want to use Allah for some personal reasons, then use Ayah Ooo Ayah Ooo Ayah...  The meaning is Dear Father (I added the Dear part to make it a paternalistic love as in Dear Father who lives in heaven).  After all I am your daddy.

Now be mindful that we don't want to create a cult.  I am giving this leeway so that you don't have any excuse to BE ALLAH and to become congruent in your zazen.

Initially you may feel awkward.  However once you get the hang of it, the whole thing is automatic.  With this, you are no longer required to have a specific ritual for worship.  You are always praying while you are awake.

All actions then are a form of prayer.  Which means you actions become your salvation WITHOUT having to reinforce a certain dogmatic ritual.

Simple isn't it?

OK, time to sleep.  Here is your lullaby Sarah:

Goodnight baby.  I love you so much my darling.
