It's back to the daily grind, AHAD and OMAD. I had not been diligent in both. I have 4 months to Ramadan and I am already starting with my Statute of David Project 2022.
Let's look at the INABILITY TO WITHSTAND HUNGER. Is this a real issue or is this a perceived issue?
It is more of managing perception than reality. Most of the time why I eat is not because I am ravenous. It's because THE FOOD IS THERE. I fall in the category of I like to eat "see" food. If I can avoid looking at food, I win half the battle.
I need to eat a lot of veges. This year I had not started on my OMAD yet. It is getting more difficult to control hunger because I EAT FAST. I sucked everything like a vacuum cleaner.
I eat a lot of carbs too. I guess that is not an issue if I eat OMAD. The problem is I eat a lot of carbs thinking that I want to do OMAD, then comes dinner I eat again.
So I better stick to OMAD. This time I eat 1/4, 1/4, 1/2. 1/4 Protein, 1/4 Carbs and 1/2 Veges.
I think I am into something here. The strategy is to increase veges.
No kuih, no banana balls. I top up the lunch with Nescafe C Kosong Ice when I come back home.
No sugar and starch for sure. Stick with rice max.

I went to Bukit Kiara this morning. Only then I realized I am not fit. I was thinking of going for 2 loops, I ended only doing 1 loop.
I need to push to the brink with AHAD. It's a Catch-22. Do I lose weight first or do I increase intensity? I decided to focus on food management because 80% of the problem is due to food. I need to sort out my issue with food pretty soon.
