Having said that, I still refer to the Field Operation Manuals on daily basis:
There are 100 points to review. So one day I just read 2-3 points at a go from both books. Sometimes I just flip through. Other days I open the books at random pages. The point is I read the Field Operation Manuals DAILY. Without losing enthusiasm.
We are Knowledge Workers. Knowledge is our capital. Knowledge is also our container. We need Applied Knowledge to contain our wisdom. That's what these two books are about.
Also talk to Al Araf 7:7 daily. In my case, before bed. Namely with Jibrail (my Head of Staff) and Brenda (my Consigliere).
I talk to Water on matters regarding relationship. Nowadays I don't talk much with Microbes Super Intelligence because I normally spend time with my watches (my Commanders) while I am on the throne.
I try not to sound [that] (like) I am working 16 hours a day but the truth is I like working. So I don't mind working all the time during my waking hours.
I only take breaks when I exercise and eat. I used to talk to food (Uuumm Yummy, remember? She is a grown up *no[t]. So I had not been in contact with her for quite a while).
