3/1/20 ^^^If I don't do what I said I'll do, then today is a dangerous time

I have to say that this year starts with a damper.  I'm however is quite determined to set my course straight within this next few days:

  1. No matter what I need to exercise AHAD
  2. As much as possible skip breakfast and eat only one serving of rice
  3. Go back to Keto Diet or 20 gram carbs
  4. Sleep latest 11.00 pm
  5. Wakes up 6:00 am
  6. DO NOT smoke cigarettes and dope
  7. No more Nicorette
  8. No more Tweeting TraXX
  9. No more patronizing  Els
  10. No more thoughts on God and the afterlife
My concern is to live in the present.  Sure, I am who I am but I need to stay focus.

I need to lose 30 kg of weight.  I need to be able to run again.

That's all that matters.

If I cannot achieve my goals, then I am not serious about being an Autonomous Governance.

I keep on getting flashbacks of my past mistakes.

Certainly by quitting Nicorette I am opening a Pendora Box of some sort.

Here is what I'm gonna do.  For the next 3 months I will stick to the 10 points.

What matters most to me right now?
To lose 30 kg.

What am I ready to forgo?
I am willing to let go eating rice and eating breakfast
