- Go back to Keto Diet or 20 gram carbs
- Sleep latest 11.00 pm
- Wakes up 6:00 am
- DO NOT smoke cigarettes and dope
- No more Nicorette
- No more Tweeting TraXX
- No more patronizing Els
- No more thoughts on God and the afterlife
My concern is to live in the present. Sure, I am who I am but I need to stay focus.
I need to lose 30 kg of weight. I need to be able to run again.
That's all that matters.
If I cannot achieve my goals, then I am not serious about being an Autonomous Governance.
I keep on getting flashbacks of my past mistakes.
Certainly by quitting Nicorette I am opening a Pendora Box of some sort.
