The good thing about this Nicorette cessation is I feel more refreshing as the days go by. It's like I am cleaning my internal organ from impurities.
I see this next few months as the time I sort out my personal issues. Particularly my challenge with Nicorette and my struggle with weight.

Wow, the urge to chew gum is very strong. I need to start consciously subtracting. Otherwise I drop one addictive habit and I pickup two others (chewing sugarless gum and drinking coffee).

Fuck, the urge to smoke pot is so strong. That means my mood is improving because I tend to smoke pot when I am in a good mood.
I need to fight the urge honey. This is no different tha[t] (than) I want to quit cigarettes. Basically I got to starve the nicotine receptors. Very challenging without the sugarless gum.
I however intend to break the habit like wranglers breaking in wild stallions.
