I am getting less motivated than ever. My energy is low and I feel fatigue.
My weight is creeping up to 93.5 kg. I am fast becoming a fat old man.
So I start today. I eat normal lunch but I just eat apple and butter tonight.
I must reduce EMPTY calorie; rice.

In order to stay on my course, I need to ignore External Affairs.
I need to eat sensibly from now on.

Overall, I need to stick to my program. The major issue is still the inability to sleep at 11:00 pm.

Suddenly I remember that I used to catch small fishes in the drain nearby my uncle's house. Now nothing lives in the drain except pathogens.
The morning temperature is no longer cool.

What I'll do for the next 2 weeks is to regulate my meals so that I hit the 80s again. I'll quit Nicorette today too.
