18/3/20 ^^^The worst is yet to come

I like to say that I am worried about the whole thing, but the truth is there is nothing to worry except panic buying.

Mentally we must be ready for the down cycle to peak in Spring 2021.  The aftermath will last for 5 years tops like SARS: 2002 - 2004, Ebola: 2014 - 2016.

We know the worst case scenario, 12% fatality of those infected.  That is about 7% of the world's population.

In my opinion, the pandemic is not as bad as the economic impact of trying to contain the illness.

People panic.  What's the deal with people panicly buying guns in the USA?  What's with you people and guns anyway.

Let's change our perspective for a while.  Let's look at personal hygiene...  Oh why bother...  Everybody is talking about Covid 19.  I want to shift my attention to something else.

Well maybe I talk a bit.  There is only two possibilities right now, infection or vaccination.  So the idea is to avoid being infected as long as possible.  Eventually the virus will stop when enough people are infected or more appropriately vaccinated.

I like to quote the Tablighi:

"The pleasure of living in this world is very little, compared to the afterlife."

I tend to agree.  Not that I agree with Tabligh.  I can only say I agree with him for us not to fear death.

I think those people still gathering together may be those who have a death wish.

We still gonna get it, but at least to contain it within the capacity of the healthcare.

I gotta sleep.

Here is your lullaby:

Goodnight baby.  Don't worry about it.  We will be OK.  I love you so much honey.
