27/3/20 ^^^Win the day one day at a time

I have 3 markers:

  • No Nicorette - I am substituting with Wrigley's Extra sugar free gum.  So far so good.  I can manage.
  • Do Elliptical - Yup, did it today.
  • Eat OMAD - This is the final marker I have to deal with in order for me to be home free.  The strategy is to eat butter before lunch.
I just ate a small apple just now.  I still count as OMAD.
