22/3/20 ***I am doing house chores today

So I am a bit tight up.  The internet is not too good either.

What should I talk about today?  Well I decided to get back to basic.  Back to the very essence of my Vision Quest, which is health and happiness.

Brb...

While the concept is quite simple, the implementation is not that straight forward.  While health is about diet and exercise, happiness is about living below your means and living in gratitude.  Even though there are many other elements we can consider, I say these are the bedrock of health and happiness.

It goes back to the two basic essentials; food and money.  I say if we got plenty of food, money is secondary.  Nevertheless, with money, we can buy food.  Thus, these two are interchangable.

Beyond food and money the rest are irrelevant in times of crisis.  That's why I am glad I bought all my watches before the MRO and I don't go on a shopping spree buying other nonessential items.

Even food, there are many kinds.  My main issue is I eat the wrong kind of food all this while.  I am still into junk food and high carbs.

Already I am 8 kg heavier than I was in 2018.  The culprit is rice.  What do I do then?  Stop eating rice.  My issue is how do I remain satiated?  Apple and butter are good.

I guess like other things in my life, I caved in to temptation.  Between doing the right thing and doing the delightful thing, I chose the latter.  That means between pain and pleasure, I succumbed to pleasure.  I am so used to having pleasure that I will always seek instant gratification,
