I will continue to be on track this next couple of weeks. I need to maintain a high degree of motivation amidst the general climate of gloom.
As long as I have a clear goal to achieve on daily basis, I should be doing OK.

As it is, I can manage the Nicorette cessation. I don't have the desire for the nicotine gum. Now to cut the sugarless gum too.
Moment like this it is important to maintain peace, sanity and robust health. I need to to that on daily basis.
At the same time I need persistence, determination and consistency to go through with my 3 MCO Commitments.
This is basically a personal war:
- Social distancing
- Personal Hygiene
People forgot the most important thing - strong immune system.
I think I should give myself an A Plus for social distancing.

Looks like I eat intermittently today.
This is still Day 1 The 3 MCO Commitments. My challenge is the ability to withstand hunger.
I should stick to the apple and butter option. If not I'll go for crackers and butter instead.
