21/3/20 ***I want to talk about something else

There is so much we can say about the virus outbreak.  I think I'll talk about something else.

Since here I can talk about anything and nobody gives a damn, I might as well talk about my watches.  This may be pure junk to you Sarah but to me this is a gem.  My watches are the central theme of my life right now.

Currently I am wearing the Tactical.

Somehow when I wear this watch, I have unsurpassed peace of mind.  Everything about this watch is right.  It is so damn light.  Certainly it is pleasant to the eyes.  I cannot keep looking at the watch.  Somehow it reminds me of the Apocalypse Now, a movie about the Vietnam War.

When I wear this I feel like I am a military colonel on a covert mission.  At first I feel taken aback by the medium size.  I expected it to be slightly bigger.  Then I realized that a Field Watch from that era will be around this size.  It feels nostalgic and so close to the heart.

Who would have thought that my doomsday watch will be this watch?  Of all my watches, I choose my cheapest watch to feel secure.

Let's couple that with the Scientist:

Will these pass as my doomsday watches?

I think I can make do with this two watches.  What I'm saying is I can do away with the rest of the watches if need be.

Up to this point I begin to realize that a light watch is important.  So is resin band.  However most importantly I need a Tough Solar watch.  Timer is very crucial too.

So if I am to be quarantined in the hospital, given only one option, I choose Tactical.

However while I am manning the CCC, I'll wear the X FACTOR VARIATION:

My next purchase will be 5 years down the road.  Already the option looks promising:

This is nice to have but for RM1900 I think it is an overkill.

Of course before owning it, the watch is pretty alluring. But once owned there is nothing to it.

Casio is also coming out with a Smartwatch.  Which means, in the future there are plenty of options for that kind of money.

I don't think I am in a hurry to part with that much money.

I still need money for my PC replacement, smartphone replacement and running shoes.

I have enough watches for now unless the Garmin 25 is no longer functioning.  As it is, that is the only possibility for me to get a GPS watch.

I should be RUNNING rather than finding the excuse to buy more stuff.
