12/2/20 ^^^Where the rubber meets the road

It is important to note that in the end, what counts is the ideas that can be turned into action.  Only then we can measure result.  I had been focusing on ideas these past one and a half months to the point that I was immobilized from taking action where it matters.

My daily KPIs are AHAD and OMAD.  Unfortunately I got distracted by too much planning.  So now I am wearing my SPECIAL OPS VARIATION so that I can refocus on taking action.  Sleep is very important.  These past few days I had been sleeping late.  Therefore I woke up late and miss my routine.

It is still not too late to calibrate my routine all over again.  Having said that, I actually was pretty excited to complete my Nautica 9 collection.  I am eagerly waiting for Tactic to come on board so that I can start some serious research on Mind Development.

If I stop giving excuses and take Nike's advise and Just Do It, I will be one step better.  I need to measure my progress on the day itself.  It starts with sleeping at 11:00 pm.  Then only everything will fall in place the next day.

SLIP is the biggest challenge.  I need a strategy to overcome the setbacks.  I need to sleep on time, take action, create momentum and simply do.

Food is the biggest culprit.  Starting from today, I will eat OMAD unless Lizzie cooks.  I was doing OK for a while.  Not until I lost focus due to the extensive Green Lighting in January.  Then in February I got caught up in watch hunting.  Now I settled both issues.  I need to get back on track.

It is good that I completed my Mental Model.  Now it is solid.  I tested with the idea of either pairing up Steele with another Casio Tough Solar or a Samsung Galaxy Fit.  Both don't appeal to me.

I think instead of buying something for my 60th birthday I might as well plan to have a grand steak and lobster while paying for the dinner with my family.  Somehow the *idea[l] of a Galaxy Note Lite and a Samsung Galaxy watch had lost it's appeal.

* What are you saying honey?  That these two things are ideal?  I do like the idea though but these are electronics.  They don't last long.  Unless we are talking about upgrading them every 5 years.  Which means I really need to seriously save money from now.

Nowadays we will see folding screen smartphones in the market.  Already we are seeing Motorola making a comeback with the Razr.  A USD1,500 phone.

-----------------

Lucky I bought the Casio Military.  All 5 units are sold out.  I think it is because of Valentine's Day.  I made a good decision there.  These watches are selling like hot cakes.

No luck in selling the clothes.  I let the ads run for 2 months.  That is fishing.  People are not hard up for clothes.  Plenty of cheap alternatives.

After 2 months I reduce the price further and see if somebody bites.  After that I just donate to charity or worst case I lose weight and wear them.  I took them out of my closet though.

I want to read for a while.  Later Sarah...
