17/2/20 ^^^Start LCHF Day 1

I managed to feel satiated by eating healthy oils and chicken rojak.  Now to make sure I will continue to be full for one full day.

Right now I am wearing the CITIZEN SOLDIER VARIATION.  One thing about wearing this variation is I am completely at ease not worrying about the watches.

It feels light too.  I have to say that I have peace of mind wearing this watches.

Finally I can focus back on things that matters.

All the while thoughts on God and the afterlife are really irrelevant compare to thoughts to be thin and fast.  That is the ultimate path to health and happiness.  What counts is for me to save money, eat right and exercise.

This afternoon I should run.  I need to have a routine.

To overcome procrastination I need to do things 15 minutes ahead of time.

This thing about keeping my world small is truly fantastic.  I save so much time from thinking about irrelevant things.  It is a world of isolation.

I decided to harvest the interest I get from my reserve to spend on essentials like dental, new PC and new smartphone.  That's what the reserve for.  I should not deprive myself on the expense of having to depend on Munek and Lizzie to get those things.

Now is not the time to think of things that makes no sense.  I need to be focusing on thing that increase my overall well-being.

What is productivity then?  Well as long as I am contributing towards the benefit of my long term goals, I will be OK.  To do that I need to fully utilize my 24 hours.

When I look at the total scope of my life, I must say that exercise is the most important activity I can do in a given day.

I must exercise every day.  That is the real answer to happiness.

I need to feel energized all over again.  I need to fight the effect of food and medication on my body.
