I woke up at 10:45 am today.  Yesterday's tennis is taking it's tool.

Today I will start my LCHF + Apple eating protocol. 

I know for sure if I am thin I will be very motivated.  Today my weight is 91.2 kg.  I need to reduce to 80 kg for a start.  The key is to eat less and exercise more.  That's the only way to do it.  In the past, my mistake is I omit fruit.

Another mistake is I didn't exercise in the afternoon.  So today I will run at 6:00 pm.

I need to fight this feeling of blah.  I need to feel motivated once again.

REDUCE FOOD.  Rat that were given 30% less food survive 30% longer.  This is about reversing metabolic aging.  Target by Ramadan is to reduce to 80 kg.  If I can do that I am in the right track.

Fight hunger pang by eating apple for dinner.  Other times, drink black coffee and eat butter.

Today is already one and a half month into 2020.

Next Bipolar Dr Appt is 19/5/20.  Target is 75 kg.  So my strategy is to avoid eating rice.

Stop using your reserve.  Start increasing it again.  I have one major spending I need to worry by the end of this year:  DENTAL WORK.

No more thinking of millions.  It's not real.  What is real is now.  Remember UnbrokenIf you can take it you can make it.

I want to life to be 77 and live with a gusto.  I don't want to just get by.  I want to excel.

So nobody else matters in my quest to be thin and fast.  I need to be levelheaded.  I need to overcome the down cycle.

This year I need to do something different from last year.  I should not Tweet TraXX anymore.  That is the main differentiator this year. 

Also once I reach 75 kg.  I should stop Nicorette.

I have to keep my mind focused on being thin and fast.  Being thin is the real answer here.

Stick to the routine:
  • Sleep by 11:00 pm
  • Exercise 7:00 am
  • Eat LCHF and butter for lunch 1:00 pm
  • House chores 3:00 pm
  • Exercise 6:00 pm
  • Eat apple for dinner 7:30 pm 
To do this I need energy and strength.

What I need to do now is to curb the insulin surge.

Anything outside of the routine is just cloud in the coffee.  Just focus on being thin and fast.

  • Stop watching TV more than 60 minutes a day
  • Successful people don't drink alcohol
  • Successful people don't spend on consumption but on creation
  • Successful people eat clean food - moderate diet
  • Blaming others for their failures
  • Successful don't gossip - they are not concern with other people
  • Worrying about other people's opinion
By Syawal I need to be at the peak of my health.  80 kg is a good target.

I am ready to fight my own dragon, namely the SSIDSLIP.
