From now on I will measure my streak on a weekly basis.

What do I do differently? I don't play any music to start my morning.
Not taking Princess to the MRT Station.
I got 5 minutes to go.
Today I do brisk walking. I must exercise everyday.

One of the best walks. I was very motivated and I am in a cheerful mood. I think because I am well rested.
After shower I feel marvelous. Certainly this is the way to start the week.
I'm going to EPF this morning to withdraw RM700. I am wearing the Admiral. This is official business.

Today I start with my apple and healthy oils diet. I had finished the fish oil. No more buying of that. Once I finish the MCT oil, I just rely on butter and apple. On Saturdays I drink Nescafe C Kosong.
If I want to lose weight, I need to reduce the intake of food. At the same time I don't want to be hungry. So the apple provide the fiber and the butter provide the energy.
I think now I can quit Nicorette. It's all about managing my weight and mood.
