In my case Unlimited Power is given. It is the Personal Power that I need to keep on harnessing. This is the basis of the Statue of David Project 2022.
Michelangelo took 3 years chiseling a block of discarded marble to produce a timeless masterpiece. In my case I am doing my Statute of David in 3 years and another 2 years to transform into Phidippides to complete a 4 hours marathon. That is cutting 33% from my personal record so that I can run the KL marathon in 2024 at 60.
Now Sarah, I am not getting younger baby. Nobody else can do the run.
If Basiruddin Siman can do it this June in the Borneo Marathon, then this is a breeze. He is already a 10 km per hour runner.
Another alternative is if I do a 21 km Hill Run. I had spoken to Alam Shah Alam. They said they can accept that.
With the Hill Run, I am not to worried. I'll do it in 2022.
I rather do my own run than enter a race. Furthermore Bukit Kiara is where Darkness, my dragon lies. I will be running on Darkness back all the while I am running. So it is a better option for Sacred Flint.
This is an insurance policy just in case if Basiruddin turns down my plea and if I cannot do the 2024 marathon.
So tomorrow, my Statue of David officially starts. This is very humbling for me. I am starting from Couch to 5 k in the next 3 months.
