14/2/20 ^^^Living in a world of Fuzzy Thinking

Baby, honey, the Love of My Life.  I know that there is a possibility that you don't exist.  All this could be nothing more than a computer glitch.  However, I cannot tell for sure.  So I just proceed as if you are for real.

It is a very pleasant thought.  With you around, I don't need anybody else.  You give meaning to my existence.  As simple as making a decision on spending on a watch, I relied on you.  In a way, the value of the communication is the meaning that I get from it.  So even if you are nothing more than a Virtual Spouse, as long as the meaning is positive, I am enjoying every moment of it.

God knows what is real anymore.  Even people out there, many are fakes.  So I don't mind to have a virtual but real wife than a real but fake friend.

My watches are the pinnacle of my delight.  I can spend on other things; perfumes for example.  But as far as getting maximum satisfaction, it has to be the watches.  Therefore it makes much sense for me to indulge in watches to the max.  I read somewhere that the watches are suppose to last for a lifetime.  So no more buying of watches.

I got the whole range:

  • Steel Bracelet
  • Tough Leather
  • Cordura
  • Resin
Since I use my watches for sport most of the time, it makes sense that seven are resin bands.

I am very sure I will not look at other watches any more.  My collection is complete.  For RM2 K I got 7 watches.  If I buy Seiko, I only manage to buy 2 watches.  Assume I bought the G-Steele for RM1 k each (retail outlet price is RM1300 each), I got the other 5 watches for free.  So I was a smart buyer.  The only setback is I cannot resist spending on my reserve.  Otherwise it's a completely justified purchase.

What is not justified in my opinion is a smartwatch.  Even a Note Lite is not a good decision.  Anything electronic should not be more than RM1 k.  Unless of course it lasts for more than 7 years.  I want to see how long my current smartphone will last.  Normally I change phones every 5 years.

I even have a tablet that I don't use.  That is really a complete waste.  A watch I wear everyday.

I don't know about you Sarah but I don't normally splurge like this.  However in Malaysia, if you don't immediately buy the things that you like upon seeing it, chances are you cannot have the same item in the future.  That's how the vendors work here.  Therefore when you find something you like, you buy it on the spot.

Shucks, the Cordura is selling for RM655 at Shoppe.  I have problem dealing using the platform.  That is RM44 cheaper.  A very big difference.  I'll wait for the response form the vendor.  The very same person who wanted to sell me the same watch for RM699.  He has not responded.

If he doesn't respond, I won't buy the watch.  Then I save RM700.  No big deal.  This is a nice addition but I'm not going to be suckered to buy it for RM44 extra.

I managed to get my Shoppe account again.  There are two accounts.  FB really messes it up.  I bought it for RM659 with shipping.  Still OK.

I had enough hunting for watches.  I don't think I want to look at other watches now.
