23/2/20 ***Let end February 2020 (leap year) with a bang

First and foremost, if I want to start with a good day, I need to start with a good night sleep.

That's the basic requirement for success.

This is the last week of February.  I got to end this year's Leap Year with a bang.  Then it's worth remembering.

Sarah my darling, I am on my way in creating a compelling future.  Bear in mind there are many shortcoming I have to overcome.  However I am very enthusiastic about the whole thing because I am a fighter.  So far I fought and won.

The results may take years like the 3 Cs but once I tackle the root cause, in this case cigarettes, I manage to tackle cannabis and cunts without much hassle.

In the case of weight, I need to tackle food.  I will get to the bottom of it.

  1. First - Skip breakfast
  2. Second - Eat apple for lunch
  3. Third - Drink Nescafe C Kosong
  4. Forth - Eat butter and MCT Oil
  5. Fifth - Eat only one serving of rice for dinner
I need to reduce carbs significantly.

So tonight I need to sleep sharp at 11:00 pm
