What are the benefits of being thin?
- No more gout
- I save money
- I am can wear my old pants again
- I am more energetic
- I look good in sports attire
- I improve my mood
- I am happier
What are the benefits of exercise?
- I am more positive
- I have more stamina
- I lower my blood pressure
- I lower my heartbeat
- I sleep better
- I reverse metabolic aging
- I have more inspiration
To be realistic, I lose 10 kg by Ramadan. Then in Ramadan I lose another 5 kg.
These are all depends on my mood. When my mood is OK, I am very motivated. I need to make sure I don't get depressed.
I need to also avoid these foods:
- Goreng Pisang
- Peanut Butter Sandwich
- Vietnamese Iced Coffee
- Nasi Lemak in the morning
- Cucur tepung
- Cakes
- Pastries
- Ice Cream
When hungry, eat apple.
Seriously, the measurement of my success is dependent on my ability to run. So I better start running. My success in life is dependent on my ability to be thin and run 5 km every other day.

As it is, I have enough to eat, enough to wear and unlimited WiFi. I have fulfilled my lust for my utmost indulgence; which are watches. If I downplay the need for money and I completed my worldly desires, what else do I need?
Either I wait for death to come or I live life to the fullest. Actually I had lived life to the fullest. Now is to set course towards a healthy and happy life.
I need to dedicate my life towards Personal Excellence. Money don't make me happy.
What is happiness then?
When I am at the peak of my health. When I am thin. LESS IS MORE.
If I want to be healthy, rightfully I should study health.
All and all the basics are sleep, diet and exercise.
